  Called sight n steps during business hours posted on google SEVERAL times...(different times djrong the day) no answer I just kept getti g there automated messaging system.
  
  Instead, I went there to inquire about an eye see eye learn program that was brought to my attention from my childs school. There was no customers in the store and to my surprise...the desk lady was on the phone! Maybe she is just selective in picking up phone calls.
  
  When she was finally off the phone I asked her if she had any further information and if the store participates in the program. Sure enough she had no idea what i was talking about and could not provide me with any sufficient information to help. If such a reputable company has good practice dont you think they should train there staff the different types of programs out there to best suit there customers needs? Additionally, the lady looked at me at the front desk stunned and answered "well kids under 19 are free anyways...do you have benefits?"
  
  I do....but im sure as hell not gonna use it on you guys! Maybe you should go on the association of optopmetrists of ontario and educate your staff because I ended up going to another store to examine my kids eyes due to your poor customer service experience.
